Destination Management

Destination Management is a highly specialized form of management and requires managers that possess a unique and seemingly extraordinary skill set. As destination planners, or destination managers rather, we need to have complete, thorough and wholesome knowledge of our local area, town or city. Destination management involves provision of specialized, professional and out of the box services to (generally) outstation clients.

We, at TRG Events, ensure that all our clients, who are not familiar with the location they want to hold an event at, could do so within their budget and without any hiccups or constraints. It is actually advisable that any person or organization willing to host an outstation event should avail of destination management services. Our Destination management services include:

1. Logistics Management: picking up and dropping off guests from airports, railway stations or bus stations; coordinating the arrival and departure time of guests, local transportation, etc.

2. Event Design: Selecting the ideal venue, planning the event, creating an event timeline, providing for entertainment, décor etc

3. Vendor Management: hiring and coordinating with appropriate vendors, negotiating with them to get the best details to accommodate the event into the prescribed budgetary limit, etc
